We've been storing our frozen inventory across the parking lot at the Mad River Food Hub (formerly the American Flatbread storage facility) since we started baking in Vermont in 2003. But last week, we turned on our new 525 square foot on-site storage freezer. It's too small already, but it's all the space we could spare. We'll still be using the Mad River Food Hub for backup storage, but at least now we can pick our daily shipments without having to forklift the cookies across a bumpy dirt road from another building!
