Our cookies

Liz Scott grew up baking every summer with her grandma in the Midwest. She took those skills and great memories to create a company dedicated to quality, indulgence and social responsibility, while also recreating the feeling of childhood and nostalgia of baked-from-scratch cookies.

Liz Lovely started in Philadelphia, PA in 2003 in a 300 sq. ft. kitchen. By a grassroots approach, the cookies were soon accepted into 24 regional Whole Foods stores. The need for a larger kitchen soon became apparent and so, in 2004, Liz moved Liz Lovely to the Green Mountains of Waitsfield, VT where she built her dream bakery. From here, Liz Lovely has slowly grown into the nationally distributed, gluten-free brand it is today.

At Liz Lovely, we use only the cleanest, simplest ingredients possible to create a product everyone can enjoy. Our cookies are certified Gluten Free, Vegan and Non-GMO. We believe that regardless of your dietary restrictions, everyone should have the simple experience of enjoying a good cookie.
